Inheritance – Without a will?
If there is no will, how rightful heir works often asks in practice. Naturally, children inherit from parents, and grandchildren inherit from grandparents. Everyone seems to understand like that. But do parents inherit for their children? Do miss, aunties and uncle inherit from nephew/niece with many other heir-in-law problems. Even if there is no will, is there an heir-in-law?
