Lawyer Nguyen Thuy Trang is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association and Vietnam Bar Federation. Ms. Thuy Trang graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2001. Ms. Trang received her Master’s degree in Criminal law from the Faculty of Law, Vietnam National University and successfully defended her JD thesis in the major of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of Hanoi Law University.

Ms. Thuy Trang holds broad experience in legal consulting with more than 17 years of working for the Legal affairs department of a large-scaled economic group in Vietnam. During this period, Ms. Thuy Trang has participated in consulting on corporation management; drafting the internal documents of corporations, represented various corporations in negotiating and concluding contracts with other parties; giving advices on investment and resolution of a variety other legal issues in precise and effective manners. Moreover, Ms. Thuy Trang is highly experienced in many fields of law such as investment, commercial disputes resolution, real estate trading, financial practice, taxation, real property and criminal law. After a long period of working for corporations, Ms. Thuy Trang gained a broad background of understanding on complex problems relating to corporations, and thus, she could able to provide the most suitable and responsive solutions for companies’ businesses and legal issues. Now, Ms. Thuy Trang has become a lawyer of V&N.

Alongside with the legal consulting activities, Ms Trang also works as the lecturer and trainer at many famous Law universities in Vietnam such as Hanoi Law University, Faculty of Law – National Economics University, and in short-term training courses on legal practice skills of lawyers, legal consulting on civil procedures, real estate, business contracts. She also is recognized as the author of many books and scientific articles published in many famous magazines such as Journal of Law (Hanoi Law University), Journal of Legislative Studies (Legislative Studies Institute of the National Assembly); Journal of Democracy and Law (Ministry of Justice).

In addition to the wealth of practical knowledge as well as training experience, Ms Trang has an in-depth foundation of understanding of the Vietnamese jurisdiction, an excellent arguing skill as well as the outstanding ability of solving a variety of legal issues effectively, and these qualifications gained her absolute trust from many clients whose legal issues come in different areas of law.
