MSc. Ha, Dinh Bon has over 30-year-experience holding important positions such as Former Director of Ministry of Labour, Ministry of War invalids and Social Affairs; Former Deputy Director of Legal Department of National Committee for Population and Family Planning.

With his broad experience and knowledge in numerous social fields, MSc. Ha Dinh Bon has participated in hundreds of Drafting Committees, Edit Teams to develop laws, ordinances, and decrees in various fields, to improve the legal system of Vietnam, including The Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2013, Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Labor Code, Marriage and Family Law, …

In more than 20 years of observing children protection work, MSc. Ha, Dinh Bon was directly negotiated most of the Adoption Agreements with countries that Vietnam has signed such as France, the United States, Belgium, Italy, and Denmark. From 2014 to 2018, MSc. Ha, Dinh Bon is a member of the Government Negotiation Delegation on the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), later changed to CPTPP approved by the National Assembly of Vietnam in 2019.

Furthermore, MSc. Ha, Dinh Bon is the project manager of science researches ministry level on Labors, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as well as the author of many monograph books on Population, Family, and Children.
