MSc. Phan Le Ngoc has a 26-year-experience working in banking and finance with positions as Deputy Director and Sales Manager of Saigonbank – Hanoi branch; Director of Saigonbank Hanoi Branch and Saigonbank Dong Da Branch

Due to a broad knowledge of banking, MSc. Phan Le Ngoc takes charge of business operations such as lending, debt recovery, international payment, or capital work.

MSc. Phan Le Ngoc also directly participates in the litigation and judgment execution process in the resolution of non-performing loans cases at law agencies

Additionally, MSc. Phan Le Ngoc is responsible for training staff for Saigonbank branches in the North such as Lao Cai, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
