Mr. Tran Xuan Lam graduated Bachelor of Math – Physics degree from Odessa National Environment University in 1995.

With the experience gained after 30 years of working as the employee, founder and manager in many local and foreign companies, Mr. Tran Xuan Lam is recognized as the top-tier expert in the fields of business management and human resources. Mr. Lam has intensive knowledge and broadly practical experience in: Corporate management, policies making and strategies of development; recruiting and developing high-quality workforce; building company’s credit and brand name. Especially, in the field of information technology, Mr. Lam has gained a broad background of knowledge and hands-on experience.

In foreign countries, Mr. Lam was amongst the first members to participate in running the important businesses of Technocom, the precursor of Vingroup Corporation nowadays.

In Vietnam, Mr.Lam has hold senior management positions and has been the founder of various giants such as FPT Corporation, Saigon Telecommunication Corporation (SPT) – a joint venture with Korea SDK. Sphone, Smobi Smartphone Joint Stock Company, CLAMP Software Joint Stock Company, Vega Game Joint Stock Company, DTK Technology Company.

As the Founder of V&N, and on the foundation of his intensive experience, Mr. Tran Xuan Lam intends to develop V&N with the aim of becoming a professional law firm with high quality services, which could satisfy customers’ demands.
