Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thu Ha is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association and Vietnam Bar Federation. Ms. Thu Ha graduated the bachelor of Economic Laws Degree at Hanoi Law University in 1998.

Ms. Thu Ha has many years of working experience in business consultant, corporate management, labour and many other fields of law.

Ms. Thu Ha held many key positions and undertook many important legal issues in several large-scaled corporations and law firms in Vietnam.

Alongside with the areas of expertise, Ms. Ha is continuously improving her legal knowledge as well as practical experience. With the aim of pursuing and accessing to other fields of law, in 2015, Ms. Thu Ha has been granted the Certificate of Auction Practice by the Ministry of Justice and has completed the program of professional training of Process server practice.
